Polmac (UK) Ltd provides a FREE design service to all its customers. We will therefore work closely with you, take the time to understand all your needs and give you the benefit of our specialised, knowledge and expertise, to develop design solutions that, really work!
Pricing Policy
All Polmac wood, presentation boxes are custom-made, to order, so our prices are worked out on an individual basis and will depend on the design, including any special features, size, type of finish and the number of boxes you order!
We adhere to the principle that, the more boxes you order from us the better the price we will offer you, so we have discounted price breaks at 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 boxes! Prices, for quantities above 7500 are subject to agreement!
Ordering
Ordering your boxes from Polmac (UK) Ltd is simple and straightforward. Once we receive your official, written Order, we will send you a CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawing confirming the agreed design and a Proforma Invoice, confirming costs, (excluding local courier rates, which are confirmed on the Tax Invoice), for your approval. Once these documents are returned to us, signed and dated as approved, with your Deposit, we will commence the manufacturing process!
Minimum Order
Polmac (UK) Ltd has a minimum order quantity of only 100 boxes, so your initial investment can be quite low, which means you'll have more valuable resources to invest in your Business!
Manufacturing Lead Time
Our manufacturing lead time, for up to 1000 boxes is 6 / 8 weeks, from confirmation of your Order and Deposit paid. Confirmation of your Order is accepted when all the documents we sent to you, are returned, signed and dated as approved. The lead time for larger quantities is subject to agreement!
Terms Of Payment
For UK customers, a 40% Deposit is required with all orders. The balance is payable on delivery, for the first two orders and 30 days from the date of the Tax Invoice, for the third and subsequent orders. For non-UK customers full payment in advance, is required.
