Polmac (UK) Ltd uses a wide range of specialised ironmongery that, is sourced mainly in Germany and the UK. Polmac ironmongery is fixed by hand, using special pins or screws, to ensure a strong, permanent fixing and to enhance the overall appearance of your boxes! However, machine applied fixings can also be used, for larger orders, to improve manufacturing time, if required!
Polmac ironmongery is supplied in standard, brass plated or, nickel plated finishes. However, special ironmongery can be supplied in a range of other finishes including, solid, polished brass, bronze, polished stainless steeland galvanised steel, depending on the type of ironmongery used!
Special Packing
Cardboard Outers
Polmac (UK) Ltd can supply custom-made, 3-layer and 5-layer, corrugated, cardboard outers, in standard buff colour, in flat-pack format or, as finished outers, for all your wood, presentation boxes and packaging. Prices are available on request!
Cardboard Sleeves
We can also supply single layer, white colour, carboard sleeves, for individual boxes, if additional anti-scuff protection is required. Prices are available on request!
Wood Wool Packing
Polmac (UK) Ltd can also supply wood wool packing, as additional protection for fragile goods, if required. Wood wool packing is supplied in 1 kg bags and prices are available, on request!
